I had the unique joy and privilege of creating the style guide and branding elements for my wife’s and my wedding. The first decision was selecting a set of fonts and the rest of the brand was built around these and the subtle color provided by eucalyptus leaves. The themes of joy, light, and the goodness of God’s Creation were considered and inspired the creative results of this project.
The eucalyptus was selected by my wife due to the elegance and slight sage color that it provided, which was the primary color for our wedding. The supporting colors were developed and this was put together into a preliminary color and branding style guide.
With the style guide in place, the printed items from the save the dates, invitations, poetry, signage, and even non-printed items like the the flowers and bridal party attire were arrived upon with greater ease. This seemingly effortless cohesion was due to the over arching structure of the wedding colors and style being established.

Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
